Under Skid packages, MechSolve is adept at Multidisciplinary Design and Detailing engineering work, including piping, mechanical, structural, and electrical/instrumentation.

Structural Analysis & design
Our scope of work includes:

Finite Element Analysis
Our scope of work includes:
- ·FEA as per ASME Sec. VIII Div.2 which includes Hotbox analysis, Lifting, Hydro test, Nozzle analysis, Fatigue Evaluation.
- ·FEA for Abnormalities like vessel damage and corresponding repair work, Vessel Ovality, Skirt offsets, baffle analysis to predict the failure of baffle.
- ·FEA for Structural, component analysis, assembly analysis, etc.
- ·FEA for Heat exchangers, Expansion Bellows etc.
FEA of Guillotine Damper ((ø1800 I/S frame) Thermal & Mechanical stresses.
Loading: Operating at 788°C, and internal pressure 0.36 kg/cm2 and structural load including self-weight of 10.5 Ton.
Dome Model & Structure analysis
Dimension: 18 mtr. Height x 40 mtr. Dia. Dome structure.
MOC: Cartridge Brass 70/30
Main Truss member-I Beam, Ring support (Pipe section).
Roof Sheet: 3 mm thk.
All bolted joints. The bottom of the Arch is supported on an RCC column.
3D Modelling and Drafting
Objective: To check the Pressure vessel platform structure drawings for dimension correctness.
Approach: MechSolve prepared a 3D model based on the drawings. The drawings were updated if any fault or interference was found while assembling the parts in the 3D model.
Objective: To build a packaging machine with some modifications to the existing machine.
Approach: Every component of the machine was measured and a 3D model was prepared. Part and sub-assembly drawings were extracted from the said model for fabrication.
